1General Terms & Conditions

Ooktk is an online betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and select other countries. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between ooktk and all its users. By creating an account, accessing the site, or using any of our services, you fully accept these terms.

In these Terms & Conditions, "ooktk", "we", and "us" refer to the entity operating the ooktk betting platform. "You", "user", or "member" refers to any registered or unregistered individual who uses ooktk's services.

Ooktk reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via the site and their registered email. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to register with ooktk:

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. Accounts opened by minors are strictly prohibited and will be closed immediately upon discovery.
• Each person may hold only one ooktk account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned will be forfeited.
• You must provide your correct name, address, date of birth, and phone number at registration. Inaccurate information may result in your payout being withheld.
• You may be required to submit a photo of your National ID or passport for account verification.
• Ooktk cannot be accessed from countries where online betting is prohibited.

Ooktk accounts are for personal use only. Using your account for commercial purposes, on behalf of a third party, or for any unauthorized activity is strictly prohibited.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Ooktk supports transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. In the event of a banking system delay, it may take up to 15 minutes.
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.
• There are no additional fees on deposits.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Once verification is complete, withdrawals are typically processed within 3 to 30 minutes on average.
• Your first withdrawal must be processed through the same payment method used for your deposit.
• If fraud or unusual activity is suspected, withdrawals may be temporarily held pending investigation.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ooktk offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated alongside the offer. General bonus policy is outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: Awarded on your first deposit. A minimum deposit amount applies. Standard wagering requirements of 10x to 20x apply.
• Reload Bonus: Available to existing members on redeposits. Can be claimed once per week or per month.
• Cashback: A cashback percentage is applied to net losses incurred within a specified period.
• Free Bet: Valid on bets at specified odds. The original free bet stake is not returned — only winnings are withdrawable.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend to ooktk and both of you earn a bonus. The bonus activates as soon as your referred friend makes a deposit.

In the event of any bonus-related dispute, ooktk's decision is final. Bonus funds are for betting use only — they cannot be withdrawn directly from the bonus balance.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on ooktk:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review the odds and stake carefully before placing your bet.
• If your internet connection drops or a system error occurs during live betting, the data recorded on ooktk's servers will be considered the final and definitive record.
• If a match is cancelled, stakes for all single bets will be refunded. For accumulators involving a cancelled match, the odds for that match will be set to 1.00.
• Ooktk reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a pricing error.
• If a match kicks off more than 36 hours before its scheduled time, the bet will be settled under standard rules.
• Ooktk is not obligated to provide advance notice of odds changes.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ooktk. If any of these are found to have occurred, the account will be closed and the associated balance will be forfeited:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, or registering an account using someone else's details.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic betting or placing opposing bets to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence match outcomes, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public.
• Exploiting Technical Vulnerabilities: Placing bets using bots, automated software, or any hacking methods.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illegal funds through ooktk.
• False Information: Submitting fake documents or false information during registration or KYC verification.

Ooktk reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of suspicious activity and may temporarily suspend transactions during the review.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Ooktk may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If KYC verification is not completed within the specified timeframe.
• If prohibited activity is established.
• As required by legal or regulatory authorities.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@ooktk.bet. You will have the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before closure, except in cases involving prohibited activities.

8Privacy & Data Protection

Ooktk takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Your information is used solely for service delivery, legal compliance, and security purposes.

• All data is secured with SSL/TLS encryption.
• Your information is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.
• You may request correction or deletion of your personal information.

9Responsible Gaming

Ooktk believes betting is a form of entertainment — and it stays that way when done responsibly. We always prioritize the mental and financial well-being of our members.

• Every account has the option to set a deposit limit.
• Self-exclusion can be enabled for a set period of time.
• Our system automatically flags any unusual spikes in betting activity.
• Registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.

10Policy on Changes to Terms

Ooktk may amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any significant changes take effect.
• A notification of any changes will be sent to your registered email.
• Continued use of the site after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.

11Dispute Resolution

For any complaints or disputes regarding ooktk's services, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues can be resolved directly through support.

• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of receiving your complaint.
• Complex cases are resolved within a maximum of 7 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, ooktk agrees to settle it through a recognised third-party mediator. ooktk's final decisions are made in accordance with the guidelines of the relevant licensing authority.
